早已年過30的徐若瑄，臉上依舊充滿青春氣息讓人羨慕，她擔任公視《誰來晚餐3+1》夢幻嘉賓，也分享她的廚藝。徐若瑄透露拿手菜是炸雞腿，她說：「這是傳承媽媽的廚藝。」而她第一次下廚是在日本演藝圈闖蕩時，徐若瑄說：「我當時19歲才開始下廚，而且第一道菜應該算是稀飯吧！」
徐若瑄表示以前在日本時，因為消費高幾乎不外出用餐，她說：「為了省錢，我常用燙青菜加醬油和煎荷包蛋當一餐。」徐若瑄坦承當時廚藝很弱，所以下定決心要媽媽教做菜，她笑說：「我現在的拿手菜是炸雞腿，媽媽品嚐後認證有傳承到她的味道！」徐若瑄當時用這道菜來當好友的生日禮物，她也自評：「我醃的醬料和炸雞腿的火候掌握得還不賴，最重要是我用"愛"來做這道料理。」

公視《誰來晚餐》推出新一季，改叫《誰來晚餐3+1》，將在本週五(24日)晚間9點首播，找來徐若瑄擔任夢幻嘉賓，除了要跟陌生家庭共進晚餐，更與網友進行「與徐若瑄心跳101」活動，徵求網友提問各式問題，徐若瑄將在節目中抽籤回答。
徐若瑄坦承對於只要每回被問到有什麼煩惱，就會感到很困擾，她說：「我對於苦的記憶很短暫，甚至是失憶，需要旁人的提醒才能喚起記憶！」對於將到陌生家庭共進晚餐，她很期待到時候有小朋友，她表示：「我很喜歡跟小孩子玩，也很開心能夠用自己對工作的熱情與態度來鼓勵小朋友。」
