昨天（20日）香港媒體報導，去年港台大賣的《3D肉蒲團之極樂寶鑑》將於年底開拍續集，更說由「台灣乳神」徐至琦將露點上陣。消息一出徐至琦本人也在個人微博駁斥報導，更說「見鬼了！」。但也強調自己不是看低三級片，更把邱淑貞扯進來。

香港媒體昨以「惠比壽女優性戰台灣乳神」為標題做大篇幅報導，直說《3D肉蒲團》續集將找來徐至琦大戰日本G奶女優麻美由真、混血女優Rio，更指監製蕭定一欲將續集拍攝成“4D版”的三級片《肉蒲團II：4D之扶桑千人斬》，觀眾屆時可以感受到座椅隨劇情「搖震」的效果。

不過徐至琦看到報導後，昨晚在個人微博駁斥此報導，更說「從來沒說過要拍肉蒲團4D，也不可能會拍!!!!」、「從來沒跟片商有任何接觸過!媒體完全沒求證我」，相當激動。而且此消息去年就曾傳過，沒想到今年又再傳，徐至琦也鄭重聲明「本人從來沒有要接拍什麽肉蒲團，3D或4D也好，從來沒有，我連寫真集都堅持不露點了，媒體卻說我要什麽露點上陣，真是見鬼了。。。。」。

除了昨晚的聲明，今早她在微博又再次發文聲明，更說「麻煩記者大哥大姐們以後要報導的時候先求證於我 感謝~」，但隨後也澄清，自己「不會看低三級片」，更把已婚的90年代香港性感女神邱淑貞也扯進來，直說「至琦曾經很喜歡一個女藝人邱淑貞 她因為沒露點,所以讓人特別有暇想空間, 也有一種高質感的味道 」。

她也提到，自己不拍三級片最大的因素是因為「不敢，也不想露點點」，直說雖然很多粉絲鼓勵她拍攝肉圃團，但自己真的「沒膽子」。
