2012日本動漫映畫祭在台舉辦促銷活動期間，「五十隻馬」除了在捷運站、觀光景點取景並四處拍攝性感照片，還在2月6日參加動漫祭時，於台北市仁愛路邊的警車旁拍攝彎腰露底褲照片，並公布在網路上，遭網友在社群網站轉貼散布。

台北市中正第一警分局證實，相片中的警車確實是該分局仁愛路派出所的警用車輛，當時未出勤，停放在警用停車格內，是「五十隻馬」拍攝團體以快閃方式拍攝後，迅速離開現場。

台北市中正第一警分局指出，由於不雅照片四處散布，嚴重影響分局公務形象，因此要求貼有相關照片的網站立即將照片撤除，並告知有違法之虞；此外，也將依張貼內容情節展開調查，追究相關法律責任，維護警察公務形象。

「五十隻馬」是台灣動漫迷給這位Coser的暱稱，因她的姓氏「牛島」(????)日文發音與「五十隻馬」近似。她以在日本各大展覽活動「賣肉」聞名。
