「I級豔后」馬友蓉以火辣的身材出道，值得一提的是她那豐滿的上圍，真是令人嘆為觀止。曾拍過全裸寫真集的她，頂著I罩杯的巨乳，果然是演藝圈不可小覷的震撼彈。

馬友蓉笑說，「好身材是天生的，不過困擾也很多，跟男孩子相處時，也怕他們不夠真心，所以就會更懂得保護自己。」她在兩年多前，還是個小胖妹，胖到70公斤，後來靠著每天游泳瘦身，才恢復身材。

她曾經嘗試多款cosplay造型，她坦言，「很開心，因為我是個不折不扣的電玩迷，我常看動漫、日文卡通、影片；以及宅在家裡打電玩。」

私底下的她可以說是相當賢慧，她笑說「小時候住在山上，常常自己活抓雞，當時就會殺雞。」她不僅能燒煮出一桌好菜，對於指甲保養、彩繪也有涉略。

曾在一月發行寫真集，是大尺度的三點不露全裸寫真「I級豔后」。馬友蓉表示，「爸爸、媽媽、奶奶都很支持，而且人手一本，拍出來很好看，很健康這樣就好了。」

面對這麼多的「女帝」同期出道，但日本電玩中的各個「女帝」幾乎都要有驚人的Cup，看來馬友蓉絕對是不二人選。
