藝人Makiyo日籍友人友寄隆輝毆傷運將一案，爭紛如雪球般越滾越大，昨日神隱多時的湘瑩、丫子曝光後成為眾矢之的，大家怒批他們居然能神隱多日不出面，直到被檢方傳喚後才道歉，大罵：「太離譜。」

湘瑩下午2時在微博上發表道歉聲明，除了再次表達歉意，她也表示未在第一時間出面道歉與說明是她們不對，但並不是躲起來逃避責任，而是全案已進入司法調查，為配合偵查進度，須等法院傳喚時才能出面說明。另一方面不希望因為自己是公眾人物就單方面透過媒體發言，這樣可能造成被害人和家屬二度傷害。

此外，湘瑩還說：「我真心感到抱歉，很對不起社會大眾、對不起關心我的人，最對不起的就是司機林先生和他的家人，我真心希望他傷勢趕快恢復，我也會負起該負的責任。」

但是網友對她的道歉並不領情，痛批她目中無人、狠心、臺灣之恥，還說：「第一時間未出面，是酒醉3天嗎？」；也有網友不滿表示：「在網路上隨便發表聲明，這樣就能得到原諒？太無恥了！」，還酸她：「在臺灣出事，卻在微博發聲明，X，哪招阿？」，最後直接嗆聲：「良心被狗啃掉的妳，快退出演藝圈啦！假惺惺，看了就做噁！」
