洪棠憑著E奶闖蕩演藝圈，擁有不少性感作品，這次為《GQ》雜誌拍攝寫真，依然大膽解放『胸器』，只是陰錯陽差下『乳頭』竟意外溜出來見人，照片在網路上瘋傳。
洪棠美胸的保養秘訣，除了來自家族遺傳，更是因媽媽從小學努力『食補』的功效，三不五時燉青木瓜山藥排骨湯為她進補。畢業於淡水真理大學觀光系，清純臉蛋魔鬼身材，當時堪稱真理校花。而車頭燈閃亮的她，闖蕩演藝圈運氣頗佳，受到綜藝大哥大胡瓜、陽帆等照顧。
近日洪棠為《GQ》雜誌拍攝性感寫真，照片意外被網友發現疑似『露點』，但其實是裙子的白點花紋錯位所造成，只是這張『露點照』，看來超真實在網路上引起一陣旋風。

喜歡天馬行空的洪棠，在接受雜誌訪問時透露，自己「常常想做一些超越這個時代或空間的事情，不需要被現實社會規範，我超想當吸血鬼，晝伏夜出，飛來飛去不怕被欺負，還可以長生不老。」
此外，洪棠喜歡黑夜勝過白天，「夜晚對我來說是舒服的，白天太吵雜了，很多事情要忙，心緒不安定，令人想大吼大叫。」她表示最愛離開夜店後的孤獨感，「從一個熱鬧吵雜的環境，到完全安靜，只聽見自己的聲音，我很享受那種極度孤單。」
